Solroot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of solroot.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Solroot, operated by ROHME LIMITED ("Solroot," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Solroot is a trading name of ROHME LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Our Products

Solroot sells turmeric based food supplements and a turmeric massage oil. Product descriptions, ingredients, and directions for use are provided on each product page and on the product packaging.

Our capsules are a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Our massage oil is for external use only and is not intended for internal use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare practitioner before use.

We make every effort to display product information accurately. Colours, packaging, and minor formulation details may vary slightly from images shown on the Site.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, which acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract between you and Solroot is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, there is an error in pricing or product information, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP. ROHME LIMITED is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring order through our Subscribe and Save option, your chosen products will be charged and shipped automatically at the frequency you select, until you cancel.

You may cancel, pause, or amend your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order by contacting us at team@solroot.co.uk or through your account. We will send a reminder in advance of each renewal charge. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of previous shipments already dispatched.

7. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. 8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

9. Health Disclaimer

The information provided on the Site, including on product pages, in blog content, and in customer communications, is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new supplement or topical product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product formulations, is the property of ROHME LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solroot's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order. This does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
