Solroot Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we ship your Solroot order.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you would like to order from outside the UK, please contact us at team@solroot.co.uk and we will let you know if this is possible.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days for addresses in mainland UK. The estimated ship by date shown on our product pages and at checkout reflects when your order is expected to leave our warehouse, not the final delivery date.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather, may affect delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked at a flat rate of £2.99 per order to mainland UK addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your delivery.
6. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us at team@solroot.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with our courier.
7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@solroot.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
