Solroot Refund and Returns Policy

At Solroot, we want you to be genuinely happy with your order. This policy explains your statutory right to cancel, along with our extended 60 day money back guarantee.

1. Your Statutory 14 Day Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel under this right, contact us at team@solroot.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Once we receive the returned goods in a resaleable condition, we will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

If a product has been opened or used, this does not affect your right to cancel, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling.

2. Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee on your first order of the Solroot system. If you have used your capsules and oil as directed and are not satisfied within 60 days of your delivery date, contact us at team@solroot.co.uk and we will issue a full refund.

To claim under our 60 day guarantee:

  • Contact us within 60 days of your delivery date
  • Let us know your order number and the reason you are requesting a refund
  • We may ask for the remaining product or packaging to be returned, at our discretion

Our 60 day guarantee applies to one claim per customer and does not apply to subsequent repeat orders or subscription renewals beyond the first shipment.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return or refund request, email team@solroot.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the next steps, including the return address if applicable.

Please do not send products back to us before contacting our team, as this may delay your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For cancellations under your statutory 14 day right, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

For claims under our 60 day money back guarantee, please contact us and we will confirm whether a return is required and who covers the return shipping cost.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at team@solroot.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, at no cost to you. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

7. Subscription Orders

If you have a Subscribe and Save subscription, our 60 day money back guarantee applies to your first shipment only. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must cancel or pause your subscription before the next billing date. See our Terms of Service for full subscription details.

8. Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds under this policy for:

  • Products returned outside the applicable statutory or guarantee window
  • Products that show signs of misuse
  • Gift cards
